Real Estate Agents - We are not competing with you as we buy local properties. Also we buy on a small scale with an abundance of Short sale out there in your community. There are so many short sales out there we encourage you to help some of these people that need help as we can not help but a very very small amount. We only work with a small limited group of sellers as we only can handle a few closings at a time. Please do not take us as a threat as we are only here to help a few homeowners sell there house before foreclosure. There are way more then enough to go around for everyone involved.
